An experience map is a UX mapping tool that visualizes an entire end-to-end experience that an end user goes through in order to accomplish a goal.
It provides a visual representation of the touchpoints they may encounter, their needs, actions and perceptions as they do it.
Service Blueprint
A Service Blueprint is an opportunity for co-creation for team members and stakeholders across departments to align on the vision or status of a service offering. This diagram was a great tool for exposing the gaps in the loan origination process and revealing opportunities for better customer experience across the application under development.
