User Testing & Research
Usability testing, just one type of user testing, is a way to see how easy it is to use something by testing it with real users. Users are asked to complete tasks, typically while they are being observed by a researcher, to see where they encounter problems and experience confusion.

Relationship managers should be able to solve typical day to day problems and get answers to routine questions about their clients using the CML Client Manager App.
User testing allowed us to:
Seek out base motivations so we can understand not just what, but why
Ensure we got the most relevant, focused, valid and actionable results
Gained insight into future business opportunities
